The comprehensive accreditation differentiates Sun partners by enabling them to lead with storage management software architecture and services that are focused on lowering the TCO of storage - a customer requirement in today's marketplace.

We take this certification very seriously. Current trends in the industry show that storage will be the leading consumer of IT dollars for the foreseeable future. In order for Government agencies to deliver services to their customers in this time of shrinking budgets they need solutions that fit their environment, leverage the available technologies and interoperate with legacy systems. To make matters more difficult, they need solutions that do all these things and provide aggressive ROI numbers.
One of the tools available to us at our level of certification is Sun’s StorEdge Resource Manager. SRM is able to provide global views of heterogeneous storage resources and associated trending histories help IT implement more effective storage practices and plan for additional storage capacities and supporting technologies. We believe that throwing storage at your capacity problem isn’t the right solution unless we can, in a comprehensive manner, determine how your storage is utilized today. In many cases this practice can lead to increased system resources at pennies on the dollar of what new storage would cost.
